All resoles are available in the following rubber compounds:

  • Vibram XS Grip 2 - Great for smearing, and steep climbing, softer than XS Edge.

  • Vibram XS Edge - Great for standing on small holds, and durability, stiffer than XS Grip 2.

  • Davos Stick Plus - Durable and made for indoor climbing.

Sole Repair

Half Sole Resole

A typical half sole replacement of the front portion of the sole of the shoe, with fresh edges ready for standing on small holds.

Split Sole Resole

A replacement of the entire split sole of the shoe where applicable (Scarpa Instinct VS, La Sportiva Ondra Comp, La Sportiva Skwama, etc…)

No-Edge or Theory Resole

A replacement of the entire split sole of the shoe for specific models of no-edge type shoes from La Sportiva (Futura, Genius, Mantra, Mandala) and the La Sportiva Theory.

Full Sole Resole

A replacement of the entire sole of the shoe on shoes that have a full sole running the entire length of the shoe. (ex. La Sportiva TC Pro)

Rand Repair

Toe Cap Rand Repair

For when a hole forms in the rubber of the toe of the shoe. We’ll replace the rubber at the toe. If a hole has formed in the leather and there is missing material, the shoes may be past the point of repair or you may be charged for stitching repairs.

Large Rand Repair

For when a larger portion of the rand needs to repaired. We’ll replace the rubber at the toe, and slightly further up on the shoe to help prevent wear in the future (often used on the Scarpa Instinct).

Full Rand Replacement

We’ll replace the entire rand of the shoe when needed. This may require a split sole resole, or a scum patch replacement, depending on the model of shoe.

Velcro Strap Replacement

When the velcro straps on your shoes have worn or torn through. We’ll replace the worn area, or the entire strap if necessary. Price is for a single velcro strap replacement. Additional velcro straps add $2 per strap.

Z-Style Strap Replacement

When the straps on your La Sportiva Solutions, or other z-style straps have torn through. We’ll replace the entire strap. Price is for a single shoe strap replacement.

D-Ring Repair

For when the material holding a d-ring on your shoes (the ring the velcro straps go through) is worn or torn through. Additional d-ring repairs add $2 per d-ring.

Scum Patch Replacement

Replace or add rubber on the top of the shoe for toe hook performance. Price per shoe. Available in a thinner more sensitive rubber, or a slightly thicker more durable rubber.

We ship within Canada, at $15 for one pair. For shipments with multiple pairs, an additional charge of $3 for each pair will apply.
